01How long does setup take?

Setup depends on the size of your customer list and schedule. Add or import your customers and jobs, review your services and cleaners, then build the next week before moving the rest of your recurring work.

02Is the $15 price per business or per user?

MaidLoop Pro is $15 USD per month for the organization, not per person. The current product has one monthly subscription path and no annual plan.

03Can it handle recurring jobs?

Yes. Choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly and MaidLoop creates the initial six-month schedule. Edit one visit without changing the rest of the series, or apply supported scheduling changes to future visits.

04What is included for invoices and customer access?

Create invoices and share a secure job-management link so customers can view their appointment details. Native online payments are not available yet.

05What about SMS reminders?

MaidLoop does not currently send SMS reminders. Upcoming work remains visible in the schedule and today view for manual coordination.

06How do I manage my subscription?

Open Billing and choose Manage subscription to reach the billing portal. MaidLoop does not publish a separate promise about cancellation timing, refunds, or proration. The 15-day trial needs no credit card to start.
