Trial and access
The 15-day trial starts when the organization is created. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, the current app interface directs the organization to Billing before returning to product routes.
Billing
The current plan is billed monthly in USD for the organization. There is no annual plan in the app. The checkout shows the amount due before purchase.
Data and exports
Cancellation and data deletion are separate. MaidLoop does not currently provide a full-workspace export; payment activity can be exported to CSV. Contact support before changing the subscription if you need help with records.

01Is the $15 price per person?
No. The approved price is $15 USD per month for the organization, not $15 for each member. MaidLoop currently offers one monthly product path rather than multiple seat-based tiers.
02What happens after the 15-day trial?
After the organization trial expires, the current app interface directs members to Billing before returning to product routes. Billing remains reachable so an organization admin can review or start its subscription.
03Can I cancel from MaidLoop?
Organization admins can open Billing and use Manage subscription to reach the billing portal. MaidLoop does not publish a separate promise about immediate versus period-end cancellation or proration. The Terms state that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Review the portal before confirming a change or email support with a billing question.
04Does cancellation delete my data?
No. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an organization are separate actions. MaidLoop does not currently offer a full-workspace export, so contact support before cancellation or deletion if you need help understanding the records available to you.
05Can MaidLoop collect payments from my customers?
Not natively. MaidLoop can create invoice PDFs, record manual payment status, and display configured external payment links. It does not process or reconcile customer card payments inside MaidLoop.
06What can I import?
The self-service CSV or TSV importer supports customers and one-time jobs. Recurring series, cleaner assignments, invoices, payment history, and complete account history are not imported and need separate review or setup.
