1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CleanSked ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CleanSked is a web-based platform that enables users to manage cleaner profiles, team availability, pay details, and related cleaning-business operations. The Service provides a dashboard for roster management, subscription-based access, and secure data storage.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account using a valid email address through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial: CleanSked plans to offer a 7-day free trial with the same product features as the paid plan. No credit card is required to start the trial when public checkout is live.

4.2 Pro Plan: Our planned Pro plan ($15/month) provides unlimited team members. SMS reminders are planned for a later roadmap pass and are not available until sending infrastructure is enabled. Subscriptions are managed through Polar and are billed monthly when checkout is live.

4.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse or excessively consume system resources
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you submit through the Service.

6.2 License to Operate: By using the Service, you grant CleanSked a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 Data Storage: Your cleaner profiles and related data are stored securely in our database. You may delete your cleaner profiles at any time through the Service interface.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Convex (database), Clerk (authentication), Polar (billing), Sentry (error monitoring), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. CleanSked is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by CleanSked and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANSKED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@cleansked.com.

10.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CleanSked operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability
